The game of baseball has changed dramatically due to steroids. The change however, has been good. Attendance is up! People are flocking to the stadiums like ants going after a Twinkie. Should we be thanking the makers of these drugs for bringing back America's past time sport, or should we condemn the players for using them? No one can disagree that baseball is as popular as ever, given the crisis involved in steroid use.
it did make the game more exciting. also i don't know why it is always baseball players that are being accused of using steroid, i am sure loads of football players and any other sports players use it too. anyway, on the bad side, i think its not good for their body in the long run, and also disrespectful for other players that want to play fair, and also for those players that left amazing records in the past when steroid wasnt there.
I agree with you Tomo-chan. Great point about bringing up the records as well. The records become a problem because of steroid use in baseball. I think that there should be an asterisk in the records books starting probably around 1988 until the steroid problem was discovered.
